This leading international security company organisation are looking for a HR admin in their Sydney location.

Your new company
This leading international security company organisation are looking for a HR admin in their Western Sydney location. This organisation are globally recognised as one of the leaders in their industry and this is an excellent junior role for career progression.

Your new role
You will be adopting the role of a HR Admin with your main focus:

  • Assist with general HR enquiries
  • HR Systems expertise
  • Contract generation
  • General recruitment Admin
  • Helping with filing of employee files
  • Recruitment support:
  • Pre-screening candidates
  • High level compliance and reference tasks
  • Coordinating Interviews
  • Following up with paperwork on recruitment
  • Sending letters of offer to candidates
  • Update Excel spreadsheets and answer customer enquiries.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as a HR or general administrator. You will have a strong work ethic and be a confident communicator. This role requires excellent communication skills, local or strong international experience and full working rights. This role is an immediate start for a 2-month contract with the potential to be on-going.
