Exciting new temporary role for 2 months with the potential to be ongoing for a HR Admin
Your new company
Our client is one of Australia's leading airline caterers. They have a head office based out of the Central Gold Coast and service all of Australia. A new opportunity has arisen for a HR Admin to join their team as soon as possible on a temporary basis to provide support during a very busy period.
Your new role
This busy role will see you responsible for:
- Reporting into the People & Culture Manager
- Provide support to the recruitment function including onboarding and inductions
- Being the first point of contact for any HR related queries
- Reporting and administrative tasks for the HR team and assisting payroll
- Preparing and amending HR documents
- Organising and maintaining employee records
- Assisting the team with reception tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:
- A drive to progress your career in the Human Resources space within a nation-wide business
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Recent HR Administration experience and/or tertiary qualifications (desirable)
- Someone studying HR is not essential but highly regarded
- You must be professional, approachable, have excellent communication skills and time management details with attention to detail
- Understanding of HR related legislation and regulations
