Our client, a not for profit organisation is seeking a professional HR Administrator. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be required to provide HR administration support to a hardworking and friendly team. This is an entry level role that will suit someone living around the Chatswood area.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and formatting employment contracts, offer letters, contract extensions
  • Conduct annual, monthly or ongoing checks as required including
  • Provide administrative support for the recruitment function including ref checks and arranging interviews
  • Run and compile HR and recruitment reports as requested
  • Scanning and organising files for current and new employees
  • Import information into new HRIS, Chris21
  • First line of support for basic HR queries
  • Other adhoc HR administration support

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR Administration role
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a high volume, dynamic environment and to prioritise tasks
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills- Word and Excel
