Join this leading facilities management company as a HR Admin in their North Sydney office.

Your new company
This company are a leading operations and asset management company. This international organisation is a well-known brand in their industry and this role will be based in their North Sydney office.

Your new role
You will be adopting the role of a HR Admin with your main focuses being:

  • Action all ANZ HR transitional requests accurately and within SLA
  • Ensure all follow ups and escalations are actioned in a timely manner
  • Ensure all employee files are accurately maintained
  • Disciplined use of the Enquiry Management System to ensure accurate reporting
  • Manage business related issues for the Recruitment Success Factors module related to ANZ transactional activities
  • Deliver excellent customer service in all ANZ HR transactional interactions
  • Assist in covering all aspects of HRSC activities as required
  • Be an internal HRSC SME/key user for a nominated HR process or policy
  • Actively participate in the Performance and Development Review process, ensuring alignment to the performance parameters
  • Carry out all work activities upholding the Company values of Integrity, Ingenuity, Collaboration and Challenge.
  • Positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.
  • Carry out all duties in line with Company policies and procedures as amended from time to time.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as a recruitment/ HR admin, preferably at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. You will have a strong work ethic and be a confident communicator. This is immediate start contract role with the potential for a longer-term position. This role requires excellent communication skills, local experience and full working rights.
