Our client is a national Early Education provider, recongied for their high quality services and community focussed values.
Currently, the business has a rare opening for an upcoming and driven HR Administrator to join their Sydney team on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an excellent entry role into the world of Human Resources that will see you working with a collaborative team and reporting into a seasoned and supportive HR Leader. You'll be given exposure to a variety of HR activities in a customer focussed environment.
Main responsibilities;
- Coordinate and support P&C operations with a strong focus on contract update requests
- Work closely with the broader business to ensure compliance is being met e.g. Working With Children Checks for new starters
- Supporting managers with the use of the businesses HRIS System (Oracle)
- Role modeling business values and acting as a positive P&C ambassador
To be successful in this role, you will be Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related field. You will have transferable skills such as attention to detail, customer service management, excellent communication and intermediate IT skills. Above all, you will be a team player and will thrive in a business environment that leads with passion and authenticity.
