Transport infrastructure company based in Mascot seeking an experienced HR admin on a part-time basis.

Your new company
This organisation assists in the running of transport infrastructure in Sydney and are based in Mascot. They are seeking an experienced HR administrator to assist the team on a part-time basis (3 days per week) for a 2 month contract. This role is great for HR candidates seeking better work-life balance.

Your new role
You will be adopting the role of a HR Admin with your main focus:

  • HRIS assistance
  • Events coordination
  • Generating employee contracts and offer letters
  • Assist with general HR enquiries
  • Helping with filing of employee files
  • Recruitment support:
  • Pre-screening candidates
  • High level compliance and reference tasks
  • Coordinating Interviews
  • Following up with paperwork on recruitment
  • Sending letters of offer to candidates
  • Update Excel spreadsheets and answer customer enquiries.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as a HR/ recruitment professional. You will have a strong work ethic and be a confident communicator. This role requires excellent communication skills, local or strong international experience and working rights. This role is an immediate start for a 2-month contract on a part-time basis (3 days per week) with the potential to go longer. This role is open to candidates on working holiday visas.
