Join a Global Investment Bank in new created role to support the HR Team

Responsibilities include - 

Employee lifecycle administration

- Onboarding of new joiners (contracts, reference checking, HR system set up, including interns and agency contractors)
- Contract variations, extensions (e.g. promotions, transfers etc.)
- Employee leave administration and reporting (e.g. annual leave, maternity leave)
- Offboarding (e.g. leavers, systems administration and notification etc.)
- Support with mobility and immigration coordination.

General administration

- Prepare materials for employees and managers
- Update records and maintain proper filing systems (e.g. Chris21 payroll, MyDevelopment training
records etc.)
- HR Intranet content management
- HR Group incoming mail/ email mailbox, and first point of contact for adhoc queries
- Expense claim management and gift registry coordination for Human Resources team.
- Coordination of team meetings / workshops.
Assist with HR Controls and compliance.
Assist with payroll, benefits and compensation administration

This role is an initial 2 month contract starting asap.
