Fantastic temporary to permanent opportunity with a growing industry leader within oil and gas services.

Do you possess a Cert IV in Human Resources or a related qualification coupled with HR administration based experience?

Our client is seeking to appoint a new team member to support with all transactional duties and responsibilities.

Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the onboarding process for new employees
  • Maintenance and management of the HRIS system
  • Coordinating and maintaining the training register
  • Supporting the recruitment process including reference taking, organising of medicals, travel logistics etc
  • Human Resources reporting and analysis
  • Ensuring documentation is completed and verified
  • Ad hoc tasks

This is an opportunity to consolidate upon your existing skills base and add value within a high performing Human Resources team.

To be successful in your application you will be an experienced HR administrator who can demonstrate strong computer literacy, attention to detail, maturity to deal with confidential material, strong written and verbal communication skills and a working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.

This position will initially commence as a temporary contract and will offer the opportunity to transition into a permanent position once you have demonstrated your key experience, behaviours and alignment to organisational values.

Car ownership is essential.
