My client is a leading Financial Services Organisation seeking to hire outstanding HR Professionals to support it's new proactive model.

The organisation has moved to a true business partnering model which relies upon a credible and efficient central HR team to support staff and managers on their people queries.

This is a broad role covering areas which include -  

- Policy Interpretation 
- Training Design & Delivery (Induction)
- Lower level ER advice
- Supporting internal clients through the HR calendar events
- Salary Benchmarking
- Employee Engagement Initiatives
- HR Projects

The department has a Coordinator level below so this is not an administration heavy role.  It also has a level above within the team, allowing for career progression opportunities.

In order to secure this role you will have -

- Have some HR experience beyond pure admin / transactional work
- A good working knowledge of employment legislation
- Experience in a Professional / Corporate environment
- Experience of using an HRIS
