HR Advisor, Sydney CBD, $95,000, Global Financial Services Company

Your new company
A global company in the Financial Services industry who are highly dynamic with exciting growth plans are seeking a highly driven HR Advisor to join their team based in Sydney CBD.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR and working as part of a small HR team, you will be responsible for all generalist HR activities across the employee life cycle. You will partner with senior leaders across the business to implement HR initiatives and advise on employee relations issues, managing cases end to end. You will also have responsibility for the recruitment of a small number of roles working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract the best talent. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the HR strategy for the businesses and design and deliver HR projects across areas such as well being, succession planning and EVP branding.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in a HR generalist role from a fast paced environment together with excellent relationship building skills. You will have an exceptional work ethic and have the ability to work as part of a small team with a hands on approach.

What you'll get in return
