Your new company
This innovative white collar and creative organisation is a leader in its field and works with high profile global and ASX brands across the country. Offices based in CBD, modern open plan, close to public transport. Fast paced and dynamic culture. The HR team are going through change and are looking for someone with a forward thinking attitude who can take on an HR Advisor role to support the HR Manager and HR Business Partner in providing HR advice and support to 400+ employees across the country.

Your new role
You will be working in a growing HR team, supporting in all areas of generalist HR, including employee relations, performance management coaching, talent management, engagement, reporting and project work. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders and employees and spend a lot of time coaching and advising both in a head office corporate environment as well as more site based employees across the country.

Key areas will include:

  • Employee relations, workplace investigations and performance management coaching
  • Advising on HR policies and processes
  • Developing and implementing new HR policies and processes
  • HR administration including contracts, HR reporting and HRIS management
  • Employee engagement
  • Project work supporting the HR leaders in rolling out HR programs across the client groups

What you'll need to succeed
You will be tertiary qualified in HR or Psychology and have strong communication skills. You will be an HR Advisor/HR Generalist who can multi task and deliver on deadlines. You will have experience in ER and have proven ability to advise employees and managers on performance related conversations. You will have strong coaching skills. You will be proactive, knowledgeable on HR policies and process and be happy to take on basic operational HR work as well as more coaching work.

The salary on offer is $80,000 - $85, 000 base + super. Modern offices, flexible full time hours and close to public transport.
