HR Advisor required on a permanent full time basis

Your new company
Aged Care company in the heart of Sydney's CBD. This organisation is in a growth phase, expanding nationally and has a culture focused on respect, teamwork and honest hard work.

Your new role
A Generalist HR role operational responsibilities. You will be the main POC for NSW enquiries and provide support to managers around a range of people related matters.

  • Provide advice and support to leaders and team members around best practice relating to people matters including performance management matters and workplace investigations and ensuring outcomes are within policies and legislation.
  • Create content and deliver regular information sessions to leaders to build knowledge & capability around core P&C processes
  • Generate, analyse and prepare people related reports and insights as requested by the P&C team / business leaders
  • Oversee the P&C intranet and create and review policies, process and toolkit to ensure the business is being provided with up to date tool kits, resources and information.
  • Create, coordinate and deliver P&C events such as talent reviews, rem review and compliance matters.
  • Balance day to day execution of operational work in a fast paced environment while also delivering on people and compliance initiatives to ensure a high level of service is delivered to the business.

What you'll need to succeed

  • HR Degree or similar
  • Exposure to policy review
  • A positive mind set with a 'give it a go' approach
  • Present in a professional manner
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills

What you'll get in return

$80,000 - $90,000 + super
