Permanent Role | HR Advisor | Growing Organisation

Your new company
A leading Australian brand is seeking an all-round HR Advisor for their thriving organisation within the building industry. Due to ongoing growth, they require a HR Advisor to support their regional VIC Office.

Your new role
Reporting to the P&C Manager and consulting with a variety of stakeholders, the position will encompass a variety of HR tasks at all stages of the employee lifecycle:

  • HR Generalist Duties
  • Recruitment.
  • Case Management for Employee Relations
  • Performance Management and Disciplinary Investigations
  • Employee Development
  • Advising on labour standards
  • Performance improvement methods
  • HR Reporting and Management information
  • HR initiatives and project work.

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate should have strong experience and knowledge of all functions in HR. You will need to be confident in employee relation cases. Strong communication and negotiation skills
