This national professional services firm has an enviable reputation for service excellence. As an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, your main focus will be to manage the development and implementation of effective HR policies, practices and strategies. Reporting to the National Head of Human Resources your duties will include:

The roll out of strategic HR plans for the Brisbane office;

Work on local projects as defined;

Developing relationships and communication pathways with peers interstate;

Overseeing contract negotiations and employee inductions.

Recruitment across all levels of the business

Talent Management & Performance Management

Cyclical HR processes

Salary and management of performance
The successful candidate will be joining the team on a permanent basis. They will be a highly organised and experienced HR professional with appropriate tertiary qualifications. Experience drawn from a consulting or professional services organisation is preferred, albeit not essential.
