Permanent opportunity for a HR Advisor

Your new role

In your new role as Senior HR Advisor, you'll become part of a diverse and talented team, working alongside experts ranging from HR generalists to subject matter specialists. Your new role will be to deliver guidance and support to line managers on of people-related processes. This role will also see you collaborate and work hand in hand with senior leaders to identify and navigate potential people-related risks. Your role will support on areas including workforce planning, performance management, organisational capability, changement, employee relations and industrial relations.

What you'll need to succeed

This role will suit someone with strong HR generalist experience, coupled with a proven track record in coaching and supporting line leadership teams. If you have change management experience, that would be advantageous. Ideally, you will come with a post-graduate qualification in Human Resources or related field. You'll have demonstrated experience in the interpretation, review and application of provisions governing conditions of employment, HR policies and procedures and demonstrated negotiation skills and resolution of complex HR issues.
