Leading Financial Services Technology company require a dedicated HR advisor 3 - 4 days per week.
Your new company
Located in the Brisbane CBD our client is an established and growing financial service and technology business. They require an experienced HR Advisor to support their national team from their Brisbane office.
Your new role
In this role you will be providing generalist HR support and advice to a small to mid-size business whilst partnering and advising the business leaders. This will include:-
- Partnering and providing practical HR advice to management, employees and other key stakeholders
- Case management & handling ER issues
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Updating and re-writing HR policies and procedures
- Supporting leaders through all aspects of HR business processes
- HR administration and reporting
- Leading wellbeing and HR initiatives within the business
What you'll need to succeed
Your key success in this role will be attributed to the following:
- Previous generalist HR experience at an Advisor level within a medium-sized organisation
- Industry experience in financial services, professional's services is preferred
- Tertiary qualifications within the HR field
- Experience with the development and update of HR policies
- The ability to liaise and influence as well as build strong partnerships at a quick pace with key stakeholders
