This is a great opportunity to work in a prestigious and evolving organisation in an exciting and demanding industry.  The role will support the HR Director with the overall running of the department but will also take end to end responsibility for a client group.  

The internal client group are a varied and interesting professionals.  There is a volume of work in areas such as employee relations, performance management and recruitment. 

Overall responsibilities include:
  • Providing advice and support to managers and staff on HR policy, procedures and processes.
  • Create Job descriptions
  • Support managers with their vacancies through external recruitment
  • Coach internal clients through the performance management process
  • Support design a facilitation of learning initiatives 
  • Advise of compensation, benefits and incentive models.
The organisation is looking for candidates with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to support manager with differing levels of HR competence. Solid experience in a HR Generalist position for 3+ years is required.  It could be a first step into a business partnering type role.  

This role is a 12 month FTC beginning in January 2021.  Rem is $100K including super.  They are open to 4 or 5 days per week (so FTE = $100K to $120K).
