HR Partners is pleased to be partnering exclusively with a respected education provider, widely recognised for its diverse culture and positive contributions to its community.
Currently, the school has an opening faor a HR Advisor to join its best practice HR team and support with a variety of operational HR duties, as well as partner on some exciting HR projects. The role will be a truly generalist role, and will see you providing HR advice across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, compliance, L&D and reporting.
You'll be joining a team and organisation that leads with curiosity, kindness and integrity. You'll be reporting directly to an engaging and seasoned HR Leader who will ensure you are set up for success.
This is a 15 month fixed-term parental leave contract.
Main responsibilities;
- Provide timely day-to-day HR advice, support and consultancy to managers and staff through the employee lifecycle.
- Work closely with the HR Manager to support the schools recruitment selection (currently peak season)
- Collaborate ongoing with the broader HR team on a variety of HR Projects and strategic initiatives
- Maintain a proactive, professional and customer-focused approach and build effective working relationships with your peers
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a HR Coordinator / HR Advisor role or similar. You'll have excellent attention to detail, communication and time management skills. You're comfortable working autonomously whilst also operating in a collaborative environment.
