HR Analyst - Contract

Your new role
In this 6 month contingent contract role you will:

  • assist with the testing on SuccessFactors Compensation module
  • dealing with highly confidential data around their remuneration review process - reporting into the Performance & Reward Annual Process project team, to manage the data migration (from SAP to SuccessFactors as well as from multiple countries payrolls into SuccessFactors), validation and cleansing process.
  • Use excel and perform some data analysis ensuring at all times the integrity of their data
  • First POC in resolving queries triaged to Reward team during the Performance & Reward Annual process

    What you'll need to succeed
  • This role requires someone who is used to working within a highly confidential environment and has a true understanding of the implications of this.
  • Be experienced working in Remuneration analytics, likely at the early stage of your Rem career with the ambition to grow and learn through this excellent opportunity.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical is essential
  • You will have strong stakeholder management will be key as the successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the project team as well as the broader HR team
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel, capable of manipulating and presenting data accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to manage heavy workloads to meet deadlines and deliver consistently high standards of work by planning and prioritising effectively
