HR and Payroll Coordinator Needed for Global Luxury brand in Sydney CBD. Payroll knowledge essential. 65K.

Your company
Working for a global retail luxury brand in Sydney CBD supporting retail operations.

Your role
You will be responsible for all HR, Payroll and Recruitment support for the Sydney office as well as further support for other stores across the country. This is a busy role reporting to the HR manager based in Melbourne.

Key tasks will include:

  • End to end processing of a fortnightly payroll via micropay
  • Superannuation calculations
  • HR administration
  • HR reporting and analytics
  • WHS coordination
  • ER and HR advice

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum 2 years HR and Payroll experience months recruitment experience. You will have experience of either processes a payroll in house or supporting a payroll outsourcer in the coordination of payroll data for processing. You will have experience in recruitment and HR administration and have strong IT and Excel skills.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of $60,000 - $65,000 base + super with other employee benefits. This is a role based in Sydney CBD with close links to public transport. Working for a high end luxury brand, this is a great career opportunity for someone wanting to develop in this industry.
