Temporary to Permanent opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant with strong recruitment exposure
Our client is seeking a new HR Assistant to join the Human Resources team based in the Eastern Suburbs of this mining services organisation.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including:
Liaison with Hiring Managers to manage recruitment requirements
Advertising and sourcing
Prescreening and interviewing
Coordinating medicals
Transactional human resources support
Maintenance of the training matrix
Ad hoc tasks
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity that requires an immediate start.
It is essential that you possess prior recruitment experience and previous experience of transactional human resources duties.
