Seeking a HR Assistant to join a large globally recognised Automotive company in Northern Melbourne.

Your new company
Our client is a large globally recognised organisation that specialises in the Automotive industry. Due to ongoing growth, they require an HR Assistant in a permanent position.

Your new role
This is a generalist HR role which will include duties such as:

  • Coordination of meetings
  • Recruitment support
  • Issuing contracts and emails
  • Coordination of training
  • Assisting with the development of HR polices
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Ad-hoc administration


What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong attention to detail, good team player and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in an HR administrative role
  • A "can-do" attitude and professional approach to deliver high quality work
