About your New Role
Our client, an organisation located in the heart of the city and operating in the Public Sector, is seeking an experienced HR Business Analyst for a 3 month temporary contract in the first instance.
You will bring with you a passion for understanding data and making rational, business decisions with your insights that will shape key HR decisions. Reporting into the HR Manager and partnering with the HR team you will provide expert consultation and advice on the organisation's HR metrics and data.
What you will need to succeed
We're looking for a relationship builder who can help build our capability in the HR Analytics space and provide guidance to the rest of the HR team team. In addition you will need to bring your:
- Demonstrable experience in understanding HR Metrics for resource allocation
- conduct research, analyse data and present findings in a concise format.
- Manage iChris/Tech 1 upgrade plans, analysis, testing, implementation and bug fixes.
- Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to resolve data and reporting challenges, including interpretation and quality
What we are looking for as a minimum is 4 years previous experience in the HR analyst/data/systems space or as a Business Analyst. You are tech savvy and diving into the different systems and getting out the right data is what makes you happy. If you have worked with iChris/Tech 1 before, that would be a big plus, but absolutely not a must. As long as you have worked with an HRIS system.
