HR Business Partner - North Ryde -Parking - Global Brand - Collaborative HR team. Career Progression.

A truly global corporate specialising the design and distribution of cutting edge technology and products, with a well established Australian business. With offices across the globe and a head office in North Ryde, Sydney.

Your new role
Working as part of a growing HR team, you will be a true business partner for a large client group of 300 + employees including Corporate functions and Supply Chain. Working with a high performing team of white collar professionals in Sydney, you will be responsible for all areas of HR including:

  • Coaching employees and managers through recruitment, talent management, employee engagement and talent development.
  • You will drive leadership development, reward & recognition programs for the local workforce,
  • Manage HR process, reporting, and compliance requirements including HRIS
  • Performance management, advising on ER and legislative issues, will also be a key component.
  • Business partner in strategic initiatives, and gain exposure to future change management and HR project work
  • Being part of a global matrix structure, you will be expected to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the world.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner with a minimum two years experience at this level. You will have experience of working in a similar matrix structure and must have exposure to working in professional services, technology or sales focused environment. Experience working for a multinational or global HR environment would also be advantageous. This is a true HR generalist position. You will hold a Bachelor degree and be an HR Generalist with high calibre coaching skills. You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills including partnering and working with senior leaders.
