Permanent HR Business Partner role working for a dynamic NFP based in the inner South West of Adelaide.

Your new company
A dynamic Not For Profit who have a diverse range of services have an exciting job opportunity for HR Business Partner to join their team based in the inner South West of Adelaide.

Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager for South Australia with a dotted line to the National People & Culture Director you will be responsible for generalist HR for 200 employees across South Australia. You will manage work, health and safety including critical incident reporting and risk assessments together with ensuring WHS compliance to legislative requirements. You will partner with senior leaders in order to design and deliver HR initiatives that develop employee engagement and a high performance culture.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven HR generalist and WHS experience together with the ability to work collaboratively and independently as part of a forward thinking people and culture team. You will be a results driven HR professional with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of $90,000 package together with the opportunity to lead HR across South Australia in a values driven organisation.
