HR Business Partner - ANZ HR team of 6, global medical brand - 120K + super, Great Values, Culture and Team.

Your new company
A global and highly regarded Health and Scientific organisation with a large and successful workforce in Australia and New Zealand are seeking an experienced and valued driven HR Business Partner to joining their team on a permanent basis. With offices across the globe and a head office in North West Sydney.

Your new role

  • Working as part of an ANZ HR team of six, reporting to the Head of HR, you will be a true business partner for a client group of 160 + employees including Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Medical Affairs and Corporate functions. You will have global Centres of Excellent to support on project delivery but on a day to day basis you will be a true generalist and help all areas of the business with HR operational and strategic support.
  • This will include Employee relations, performance management, coaching leaders and emerging leaders, talent management, reviewing coaching on talent development strategies for emerging leaders, onboarding and L&D for new employees, remuneration & benefits, and HR policy and process advice.
  • You will also get involved in the delivery of projects for your client group and nationally will include engagement, Talent development, leadership development, remuneration reviews and reward upgrades, and potentially restructuring and advising on OD. You will be part of a global HR matrix structure and will have the opportunity to deliver on global strategic work as well.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner looking to take the next step up in your career. This is a superb career opportunity for someone to develop further in this area. You will have full generalist knowledge and have experience of ER and IR advise provisions. You will ideally have worked in a larger or complex HR structure and have partnered with white collar, medical and blue collar employees previously. You will hold a Bachelor degree and be an HR Generalist with high calibre coaching skills.

You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and feel confident when partnering and working with senior leaders. You will be equally at home coaching on a day to day basis as well as running and leading HR projects. Exposure to having worked in a global HR team would be advantageous but not essential.
