Position Summary
An exciting opportunity has become available to join this leading environmental services brand as their HR Business Partner.
Working within the broader People & Culture team and reporting to the National HR Manager, this role will see you partnering, supporting and coaching the broader business on important HR initiatives. You will be experienced in supporting large stakeholder groups and will be equipped to deal with a fast paced and complex environment.
This is a permanent full time position with a flexible working arrangement.
Key Accountabilities
- Understand key business objectives and effectively align with broader HR strategy and vision
- Use HR data and information (bench-marking, people metrics etc.) to deliver value propositions
- Help create, support and enable a workforce culture where people can thrive
- Actively promote a positive and consultative HR style to the broader business
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR certification
- 3+ years working experience in a generalist HR role
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative team
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building experience
