12 month FTC for an experienced HR Business Partner in a leading organisation
Your new company
Join a leading organisation on a 12 month FTC as a HR Business Partner. This is a highly unionised organisation and will be supporting a predominantly blue collar workforce.
Your new role
You will report to the P&C Director and work alongside one other HR professional providing support on the HR lifecycle including:
- Providing HR support to stakeholders across the business on ER and IR matters
- Coaching and advising business leaders on complex cases, performance management and EBAs
- Negotiating EBAs and dealing with Unions when required
- Supporting with diversity and inclusion activities such as apprenticeship program and female attraction
- Strategic workforce planning, succession planning, talent development and capability uplift
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualification in HR related discipline
- Experience working with Unions, EBA and dealing with complex IR cases
- Ideally have worked in Unionised environments in Construction, Engineering or Manufacturing previously
- Support with diversity and inclusion activities such as apprenticeship program and female attraction
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
