HR Business Partner - Contract

2-3 Month Temporary HR BP required for project based assignment starting ASAP

Your new company
You will be supporting a large facilities company, based in the North Sydney area advising on HR matters to mobilise a new contract, which will involve supporting managers to resource their business and setting up the existing HR systems and processes ready for business as usual.

Your new role
You will be assisting with the mobilisation and operation of contracts through the effective management, implementation and update of HR practices, procedures and processes. This will also involve planning, governance and analysis of HR data.

  • Work closely with ops teams to provide support, advice and guidance in relation to all HR and employee matters.
  • Ensure management is aware of agreeing to follow appropriate HR work practices.
  • Understand and follow company policy relating to grievances/complaints, misconduct or poor performance concerns; escalate all matters to the relevant senior HR and Operational management.
  • Ensure employee records are maintained to meet employee, organisation and statutory requirements and entitlements.
  • Monitoring of training attendance and compliance to ensure staff qualifications/on-boarding learning spot modules are up-to-date.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have relevant HR qualifications or sufficient experience in this area.
  • You will have at least 3 years of experience within a HR Business Partner role, ideally with a project focus.
  • You are immediately available
