HR BP | Generalist HR role | 3 months minimum | Hybrid working (home & Inner West) | Up to $65 p/h + super

Your new company
You will be working within the public sector for a medium sized employer in the inner-West area of Sydney

Your new role

  • Working as part of a team, you will be looking after the Generalist HR matters.
  • HR matters include: change management, performance management, recruitment, general policies and procures reviewed, employee changes in database such as Title/salary changes, maternity leave and more.
  • You will be supporting managers with employee performance management or IR/ER conversations and investigations, writing reports and recommendations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or relevant other qualifications.
  • Established HR experience - min 4/5 years +
  • Strong workplace change experience
  • Experience within the public sector would be ideal (not essential)

What you'll get in return

  • Minimum 3 month assignment, with immediate start.
  • Competitive hourly rate of between $50-65 per hour + super.
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangement.
  • 9 day fortnight.
