Your next opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented HR Business Partner to join their team based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne on a Permanent Full Time Basis. This is a true Generalist position, where you will have autonomy to work across several aspects of the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Advise and support Leadership Team on legal compliance, and ensure that the organisation is compliant to relevant legislation
  • Develop and maintain company policies and procedures
  • Support and drive management and employee communication, relating to any performance management issues, employee relations case management, ect.
  • Foster a culture of continual improvement aligned with company goals
  • When needed, coordinate recruitment processes and provide HR advice
  • Monitor key HR performance indicators and maintain system integrity
  • Handle employee relations issues and ad hoc HR tasks

  • Prior experience in a HR Business Partnering role (or equivalent eg: HR Advisor looking to step up) is essential
  • experience working within a blue collar workforce is highly desireable, but not necessary
  • Demonstrated understanding of the HR principals of confidentiality in relations to all aspects of the HR function within the organisation
