Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government agency is seeking a VPS4 (equivalent) HR Business Partner to provide temporary relief within their Strategic Communications and/ or Commercial, Legal and Safety divisions working across a variety of generalist HR activities, including supporting people leaders, being the first POC for all HR queries, end-to-end recruitment and advising on EBA and entitlements for 6 months.
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar experience
- Demonstrated HR Business Partner experience, including supporting people leaders, recruitment and advising on HR queries is critical
- Established experience working within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded and is preferred
- Proficient skillset with SuccessFactors is highly regarded, however not essential
