Position Summary
Our client is a leading technology provider, currently undergoing an exciting period of growth and transformation. Featuring amongst the top rated of 'Best Places to Work', this organisation has excellent culture, team tenure, and will give you the opportunity to work on some compelling pieces of work.
You'll be joining a dedicated P&C Team of 5 and will be reporting directly into an engaging and seasoned HR Leader. Together, you and your team will support an employee headcount of approx. 400 across ANZ with a focus on driving employee growth and engagement.
In this role, about 30% of your time will be dedicated to L&D initiatives; an area you've had exposure to or is of keen interest to you. Throughout this work, you'll play a pivotal role in conceiving, planning & implementing great ideas & initiatives that attract, engage & retain people.
This is a permanent full-time position with a flexible working arrangement.
Key Accountabilities
- Work closely with the P&C team and your specific portfolio (approx 150) to advise and coach across the employee lifecycle
- Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness activities
- Partner closely with senior leadership on a range of people initiatives and development programs
- Collaborate ongoingly with the broader P&C team - sharing of ideas is highly valued
Key Requirements
- Exposure to working in a business environment with a large leadership team
- Ideal for P&C Generalists with a flair for Learning & Development
- Excellent communication skills and a desitre to bring new ideas to the table
- Experience managing your own client group or similair
