Immediate Start for experienced HR Business Partner for project orientated temporary contract
Our client is in the midst of a transformation project and requires the support of an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team.
You will be responsible for supporting the impacted stakeholders in the required consultation, communication and process coaching for the project, coupled with the provision of qualitative and quantitative data reporting and ensuring that deadlines are met to keep the project on track.
High level stakeholder management coupled with a generalist human resources partnering background is essential, and the ability to manipulate data and report with the use of excel spreadsheets. An immediate start is essential and the ability to work this temporary contract through to conclusion.
Successful applicants will currently reside in Perth, WA and hold full working rights for Australia. The position will be based in Perth CBD but offer the flexibility of hybrid working.
