Your new role
As the HR Administrator, you will focus on the compliance aspect of the human resources process to map the employee experience. This will include:

  • Setting candidates up on the system
  • Checking licences and qualifications
  • Creating and writing contracts
  • Maintaining and updating current employee compliance
  • Other HR administration tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have strong data entry and administration ability
  • Strong knowledge of the compliance process and ability to implement this
  • Previous experience within HR/Administration
