HR Coordinator
Immediate Start- HR coordinator - 8 - 12 week assignment

  • Immediate Start Role
  • $40 + super per hour.
  • Southbank location

Your new company
A leading tertiary education provider who deliver international standard education services who are at the forefront of innovation and discovery. They seek an experienced HR Coordinator who is comfortable with the end to end recruitment process. This position will support a wide-range of initiatives and will allow you to build your expertise by exposing you to a broad scope of people and responsibilities.

Your new role
Reporting to the HR Business Partner and consulting with senior stakeholders, the position will encompass a variety of responsibilities at all stages HR coordination and recruitment.

  • Help with the process side of the new enterprise agreement rollout.
  • Supervise the HR assistant to ensure all daily HR tasks are completed in a thorough and efficient manner.
  • End to end recruitment of Academics and Professionals.
  • Help with the HR payroll reporting on an Oracle based system.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience managing HR related projects is favourable.
  • Confidence in the End to End Recruitment Cycle
  • Confident communication skills and stakeholder management married with strong attention to detail.
  • A degree qualification in a relevant field with extensive relevant experience
  • Experience with PageUp is favourable but not essential.
