This is an amazing opportunity to work in a bigger HR team as a HR coordinator. Together with 2 other HR coordinators, you will be the first point of contact for all employees in the business who have questions regarding HR matters. You will be reporting the HR operations manager and work from the Sydney CBD office. The bigger HR team consists of 11 people in total who you work closely together with. The company recently moved to a brand new very spacious, modern and open-plan office.

In this role, you are liaising with employees from the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane office. You will advise them on policies and procedures and assist with general HR administration. You are responsible for keeping the HR system up to date and managing the HR inbox.

This role is a busy role in a fast paced environment. To be successful in this role you have previous experience in a similar environment with a HR background. Multitasking is one of your main skills, together with stakeholder management. You have a great eye for detail and you can hit the ground running.
