HR Coordinator required for busy corporate company in Sydney CBD. High volume, fast paced culture.

Your new company
Global corporate with well established services and brand in Australia. Head office in Sydney CBD with a white collar workforce of over 500 employees based across the country.

Your new role
Working in a small HR team, you will be the key HR Coordinator for the business and the Head of HR. You will be responsible for a variety of HR administration tasks include: new starters/leavers, onboarding, HR employee record management, HR reporting, contract generation, payroll queries; org chart management; hr policy and process management. In addition you will help coordinate reward & recognition programs as well as engagement and help the HR leaders with project work. This is a varied and challenging role will a high volume of work.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified and have a minimum of three years HR administration experience ideally in a large high volume HR role. You will have a strong generalist skills and enjoy working in fast paced busy cultures. You will be professional and have experience of working in a corporate or white collar sector in a head office environment. You will have attention to detail and have high standards and be driven to succeed.

What you'll get in return

You will be offered a salary of $60,000 - $70,000 base + super. Good benefits and engagement initiatives.
