HR Coordinator role in the western suburbs. Permanent role.

Your new company
Our client is a national leader in the property industry. Due to ongoing growth, they require an HR Coordinator on a permanent basis. Based in the western suburbs of Melbourne, you will work as part of the HR team and report to the Head of HR.

Your new role
Your role is varied and will support the HR function for all staff in the organisation. This will include generalist HR, recruitment coordination, training, learning and development and other HR projects. You will work with key stakeholders across all areas of the organisation. The role is fast paced and every day will be different.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced HR professional with at least 2 years' in a similar role. You will have demonstrated expertise working in a challenging role with a variety of different stakeholders. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with an immaculate attention to detail. You will be highly driven with a passion for customer service.
