Permanent role | $90-100k package | Construction company based in North Sydney

Your new company
A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced HR Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be working for a reputable construction organisation based in North Sydney.

Your new role
As the National HR Coordinator you will provide the HR Manager and the Talent Acquisition Manager with administrative support that will ensure the HR Department is running effectively and efficiently in order to support the organisation's people.

This is a national role supporting the organisation across Australia. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment
  • On-boarding and off-boarding
  • Organisational Development
  • People performance

What you'll need to succeed

  • Have a tertiary degree in Human Resources or a similar qualification.
  • Ideally you will have previous experience in a construction or engineering environment.
  • You will be a self-motivated individual with high attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
