A generalist HR Coordinator role supporting a high performing HR team based in North Adelaide.

Your new company
A globally recognised, market leading Engineering company who are focused on sustainability and innovation, have an exciting job opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join their growing team based in North Adelaide.

Your new role
You will be responsible for generalist HR duties including workforce planning and rostering, training and development, workers compensation, return to work and rehabilitation, employee relations and award interpretation and HR administration. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries and will advise senior stakeholders on policies, producers and legislation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous HR experience ideally from a blue collar environment together with strong communication skills and the ability to advise senior stakeholders with confidence. You will be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.

What you'll get in return
