Exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join a Global organisation

Opportunity to join a successful organisation based in Sydney CBD. This is a permanent full-time role for a driven HR Coordinator

Your new role
You will form part of their Global HR team supporting the business with end-to-end HR. This will include recruitment, onboarding, dealing with HR related queries and reporting. You will also be involved in succession planning, compliance and L&D for the organisation. This role will give you the opportunity to be a true Generalist.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline and a minimum 12 months HR administration/HR Coordination experience and some exposure to L&D or Training Coordination. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude. They are looking for someone who is energetic, motivated and passionate about HR and L&D.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Global organisation and form part of their small tight-knit team as their HR Coordinator. You will get exposure to the entire HR function with particular focus supporting in L&D Coordination. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sydney CBD with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week. Salary on offer is up to $65k base + Super with an immediate start on offer for the right person.
