Your new company:

This Global Technology company is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join their rapidly growing team based in Brisbane. With their head office based in the US, this role will be based in their Brisbane Northern suburbs office and will be an ongoing permanent position.

Your new role:

Reporting to the HR Manager based in America, your duties will include, but not limited to the following:

• Recruiting, onboarding and training new and existing employees.
• Assisting with all functions related to recruiting for professional and technical positions
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with area Universities with whom we would anticipate establishing an internship program as well as attending career fairs
• Other tasks will also include developing and maintaining effective employee relations, running a weekly payroll
• Ad hoc HR Coordinator tasks and general office administration

What you'll need to succeed:

To be considered for this role, ideally, you will have the following experience and current skills:

• Previous exposure to administrative HR functions in a HR Coordinator/Generalist role
• Previous recruitment and talent acquisition experience
• You will be comfortable in a stand-alone role and keen to learn and thrive in a high-paced and driven environment.
• Previous exposure to a small payroll will be an advantage.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in the MS Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint skills
