HR Coordinator - Contract

My client is seeking a professional HR coordinator. You will be required to assist with the day to day HR responsibilities. To be successful you will be a passionate HR professional with a 'can do' attitude.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and formatting employment contracts and offer letters
  • Liaising with senior management to coordinate on-boarding of new starters
  • First POC for HR queries
  • Liaising and providing information to payroll for new starters (superannuation, payment details, etc.)
  • Other ad hoc HR administration and project work

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in an HR coordinator or HR administrator role
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
  • Experience using any HRIS would be highly beneficial
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills- Word and Excel
