Your new company
A multinational confectionery organisation based in North Sydney are seeking a highly capable and organised HR Administrator to join their team. The organisation is operating at high capacity and require a junior HR Coordinator to spread the workload. This team works collaboratively in a very accessible office nearby public transport.

Your new role
You will be working in a medium sized HR team, supporting in all areas of generalist HR, including project work and recruitment processes. You will be expected to have experience in screening candidates, coordinating interviews, onboarding new candidates and HR systems. This role will be a highly administrative role, so you will need to be used to working with high volumes and tight deadlines.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong communication skills, be a competent administrator, and be proficient in systems processing in a complex regulatory environment. You will have relevant local work experience providing you with an understanding of Australian employment law. You will also have experience working with a range of internal/external stakeholders.
