Looking for an aspiring HR Advisor to work within an international manufacturing company.

Your new company
Our client is a Globally recognised organisation that specialises in the Manufacturing sector. Due to ongoing growth, they require an HR Coordinator on a 3-6-month contract role.

Your new role

  • Recruiting support
  • Issuing contracts
  • Coordination of training
  • Assisting with performance management
  • Dealing with HR related queries
  • Training coordination
  • Assisting with the development of HR polices
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Ad-hoc administration

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong attention to detail, good team player and excellent communication skills
  • At least 3-4 years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • Experience in a similar role coordinating the end-to-end employee lifecycle
  • A "can-do" attitude and professional approach to deliver high quality work
