Large Blue Collar business looking for a HR Coordinator for a 6 month contract

Your new company
A large well known Blue Collar Company based in Western Sydney. They are currently working on various projects and need some extra support to assist their team for 6 months.

Your new role
Reporting to the HR Advisor your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform HR transactional functions to support the HR Team
  • Respond to general HR queries
  • Prepare personnel authorisation and other forms
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team including training
  • Prepare employment letters & packs
  • Run reports, uploading documents and entering employee data and changes to Oracle
  • Manage invoicing for programs, events and the team
  • Oversee the Project Employee Recognition Program
  • Manage monthly reporting as required
  • Manage HR and Project systems
  • Participate and provide support to other initiatives as required (Eg. Graduate program, Workforce planning)
  • Conduct regular audits on HR registers and organisational charts
  • Arrange staff travel and accommodation where needed
  • Manage the Projects offboarding process

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a similar HR Coordinator role
  • Previous experience in the blue collar space would be an advantage
  • Available at short notice
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work within challenging timeframes
