Your new company
Join a global leader that work on developing highly innovative software products. They are growing and are looking for a HR Generalist to join their team in Sydney.

Your new role
As a HR Generalist you will be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle as well as global HR projects. You will be involved in the daily processing of key HR activities such as setting up new starters, being the first point of contact for all HR and Payroll queries, coaching employees and managers on a daily basis, coordinating WHS issues, and maintaining the HRIS system. Additionally, you will be involved in facilitating HR projects globally including HR surveys and administering the company's HR Intranet site.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you will need to have experience in a similar role and have the ability to interact and coach employees at all levels. Further, you are someone who has exposure and enjoys using HRIS systems. You will have high attention to detail with strong consulting and relationship building skills. You will be a high process oriented person with the ability to work in a high pressured environment.
