Newly created HR Generalist opportunity with a Multinational Construction company based in Sydney
Your new company
Exciting opportunity to be part of something big! Work for a Multinational Construction company who have won a major contract and now need to build their Australian workforce.
Your new role
- Setting up policies and procedures for the business
- High volume recruitment of blue collar employees
- Full employee life cycle including on-boarding and off boarding
- Preparation and processing of payroll
- Providing advice and coaching to line managers across the business
- Maintaining relationships with unions
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualification in HR related discipline
- Experience in Construction, Energy, Engineering or blue collar related industries would be highly advantageous
- Minimum five years in a similar role with experience in payroll
- Be hardworking, collaborative and innovative
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence
