HR Generalist - 6 Week Contract

Your new role


In this operational role you be responsible for the day-to-day running of the HR function in partnership with the rest of your team.
Your duties will include assisting with:

  • Recruiting blue & white collar roles
  • Performance management
  • Employment and compliance reporting
  • Policy implementation and documentation
  • Employee services and HR service delivery
  • Other HR support tasks as needed


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have experience in a Human Resources role that was varied and busy. You will need to be a self-starter with a proactive attitude and be comfortable working unsupervised.

You will also have intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with a sound understanding of HR best practices and objectives.

As this is a contract role and the position is residential in Cloncurry, you will be provided self contained accommodation & flight to and from Cloncurry paid for. Should you choose to drive, you will be reimbursed for the cost.
